Returns and exchanges:

• Product condition: The product must be in its original condition (as received), unused, and with all its original packaging and accessories without any missing parts.
• Shipping fees: The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. However, if the product is defective or was sent in error by us, we will cover all costs.

Cases where returns or exchanges are not possible:

In order to maintain quality and public health standards, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Cleaning solutions: After opening the outer packaging or use.
• Clearance products: Products purchased during final clearance sales (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
• International Orders: We regret that we cannot accept return or exchange requests for orders placed outside of Saudi Arabia.
• Missing accessories: Any product missing its box, packaging, or accessories (such as a screwdriver or tissue).

Refunds:

• The refund will be issued using the same original payment method that the customer used when making the purchase.
